I get that way sometimes as well, but as hard as I train, I need the recovery time to avoid cannibalizing muscle mass and replenish Glycogen stores. This helps me avoid injury as well. Tear a muscle, or hurt myself any other way =
MORE time out of the saddle than a recovery day.

cheeseflavor:Well, I'm doing my best to get in my "recovery" days. The problem is, I'm feeling like I'm missing something and getting the urge to hammer. I'm getting twitchy... I don't think I can wait until Tuesday for a group hammerfest.
