71.5 lbs in 3 Months!

Here it is, my 3 month surgiversary photo.  I am down 71.5 lbs.  I now have a 31 inch waist and wear a siz 8 pants!  Never did I imagine that I would melt away so quickly or feel so good.

Thanks for the kind words.  No problem at all with energy on the bike.  Most rides are around 30-50 miles and I average between 18 and 19 mph on rides now.  I feel great! I am faster than ever and have more energy than I have had in years!
